Originally started as an HR Consulting company, atenta today develops new recruiting software and HR-Marketing solutions for application on the social web.

Our professional passion and the core areas of our work are data logistics, social media marketing and web search.

Our corporate blog “Wollmilchsau” (German) serves as a mouthpiece for ideas and opinions and, with 15,000 readers a month, is one of the most widely read blogs within the German-speaking Recruiting scene. Alexander Fedossov is co-founder and technical manager. His responsibilities are development and advancements of our products and he also provides for the conceptual and technical realization of all projects and new ideas.

Tobias Kärcher ()

Tobias Kärcher is in charge of our Marketing and PR, as well as the supervision of agency projects.
